Introducing our very own Award-Winning Head Chef: David Mutter!

Hailing from Glasgow, David has worked at a number of prestigious restaurants, including Darroch Learg Hotel & Restaurant, as well as the Bank Restaurant Cafe & Restaurant in Huntly. Over the years he has maintained a 3 rosette standard and in 2005 he was awarded The Hotel Chef Of The Year award at the Scottish Chef Awards.

And it’s no wonder! Our menu, carefully designed by Chef David, is a true reflection of his focus on high quality, seasonal and local ingredients. He has worked to ensure that our menu reflects traditional Highland favourites in an innovative, beautiful manner.

If you’re looking for the freshest meat, fish, and vegetables cooked to perfection, Chef David is your man (and ours!)
